π The MjT 'Berry Bear Hat' π
(A Knitting Pattern Supplement)
π The 'Berry Bear Hat' π
is a knitting supplement to be used alongside the original
'Mossy Bear Hat'
Knitting Pattern
(currently available as a Free download)
These little hats are quick and fun to knit!
The original Jamieson’s of Shetland 'Spindrift' yarn
is highly recommended to achieve the lovely fulled, ‘felted’ appearance
(Hand ‘fulling’ causes the hat to shrink slightly and the hat has been designed with this in mind)
This yarn is a long time favourite which comes in many beautiful shades
and can also be used with several of the other MjT Knitting Patterns.
π
Both the
'Mossy Bear Hat' Knitting Pattern
and the
'Berry Bear Hat' Supplement
can be downloaded in the following places ...
π
Suitable for the
'Little Tearoom Bears' (20cm/8")
which can be found here
(also on ETSY, Ravelry and LoveCraftsKnitting)
Both the hats and the bears can be worked 'in the round' or 'back and forth'
(all details in the listings)
I hope you enjoy this little addition to the original pattern!
Happy Knitting

DeleteI thought I had commented here but never mind. I just want to tell you Susan that finally my sister in Australia is knitting my bear for me ( you won't remember of course but I bought your bear pattern ages ago and sent it to my sister). As I have mentioned before I don't knit but crochet so she is finally knitting it for me...whoopee! I am also going to send her your free patterns and an invite to your group. Keep well. Amanda x
ReplyDeleteHi Amanda... Yes, I do definitely remember!! I hope your sister enjoys her pattern and the free patterns too which can also be downloaded here on the blog. Our group is lovely and there are so many helpful and very talented knitters... a very uplifting place. Take care π§‘
